Who we are

FeedPop is a product-feed management service operated by Nick Christensen. This policy applies to the FeedPop website and workspace.

Information we handle

We handle your account identity, such as your email address and display name; workspace settings; product catalogs and source URLs; uploaded images; generated images; test layouts; publishing history; and diagnostic logs. Catalog data can include product IDs, titles, descriptions, prices, availability, product links, and images.

When you connect Google, we store authorization credentials so FeedPop can perform the functions you authorize. Depending on the connection, we access Merchant Center product data, data sources, import results, and diagnostics, or Google Ads campaign and product performance reports. Access is limited by the permissions you grant.

How we use information

We use this information to maintain your catalog, create and save image tests, publish feed versions, request destination imports, compare product coverage, show reporting, troubleshoot problems, and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Google user data

FeedPop’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data to provide the user-facing features you request, not for advertising targeting or training general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to circumstances permitted by that policy, such as support with your consent, security, or legal obligations.

Service providers and optional AI features

Infrastructure providers process information to host the service, store workspace data and image assets, and operate the application. Google processes information when you connect its services or submit feeds. If you use AI image generation or product analysis, selected product content, images, reference uploads, and instructions may be sent to OpenAI to perform that request. Do not include sensitive personal information in product descriptions, prompts, or uploaded files.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information such as your IP address. Hosting and authentication services may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Published catalogs and images

Publishing makes catalog files and image assets available at URLs that destination services can retrieve. Anyone who has an accessible feed or image URL may be able to view its contents. Published catalogs should contain product information intended for distribution, not confidential or personal information.

Storage, security, and retention

We use access controls and encrypt stored Google authorization tokens. No service can guarantee absolute security. We retain workspace information while needed to operate the service, preserve your saved work and publishing history, and meet legitimate security or legal requirements. You can request deletion using the contact below; some records may need to be retained for those requirements. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Your choices

You can disconnect a Google connection in FeedPop or revoke access in your Google account settings. Revocation stops authorized API access; it does not automatically delete your FeedPop catalog, previously published files, or products already imported by a destination. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, or to stop hosting a published feed. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live.

Children and policy updates

FeedPop is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
